Rooms are available for hire within normal business hours.  You can book on either a day or half-day basis, or by the hour.

You will be sent a hire agreement containing details of your event, which should be signed and and returned to confirm your booking.  Provisional bookings will be held on option for a maximum period of two weeks. 

If a confirmed booking is cancelled, and we are unable to resell the meeting room(s) for the full duration of the booking, the following charges will apply:

 

Period of notice  Charge
1 month or longer  No cancellation charge
Between 10 working days and 1 month  25% of hire charge
Less than 5 working days  50% of hire charge *

 

* together with all other payments made by us in relation to the meeting
