Our comprehensive meetings package provides almost everything you'll need for your meeting for one all-inclusive price.
Meetings package:
- Hire of the meeting room
- Use of in-house audio-visual equipment
- Tea, coffee and juice
- Water & sweets on the tables
- Paper & pencils
- Wireless internet access
- Telephone, fax (for UK calls) and copying facilities
Subject to availability, we can also provide a lectern, laptop computer, flip chart(s) and a speaker telephone free of charge (UK calls only).
Prices:
Rooms are available for hire within normal business hours. You can book on either a day or half-day basis, or by the hour, and discounts are available for multiple bookings.

Additional costs:
The only additional charges will be the cost of catering provided by our recommended external suppliers and alcoholic beverages.
