Our modern, flexible meeting facilities come with audio visual equipment and wireless internet links. 

Meeting Room 1

Meeting Room 1 is the large section of our main meeting room -

  • maximum capacity: 20
  • built-in data projector
  • TV and DVD facilities
  • PA system
  • air conditioning
  • natural daylight (with blackout blinds)
  • adjustable lighting
  • wireless internet access
  • coat/bag store

Meeting Room 2

This is the small section of our main room, shown here set up as a catering area. 

  • maximum capacity: 12 boardroom
  • built-in data projector
  • air conditioning
  • natural daylight
  • wireless internet access
  • coat/bag store

 

Rooms 1 & 2 combined

Rooms 1 & 2 can be opened to create one large room suitable for meetings of up to 30 participants in a hollow square seating configuration. 

The space also works well in a semi-partitioned format (pictured) for meetings of up to 20 people that require a separate space for catering.

 

 

The Library

The Library is best suited to small informal meetings or to being used as a break-out space for meetings held in rooms 1 or 2.
