The document below is a template letter which is designed to assist in the process of seeking consent from mortgage lenders in order to register the lease of roofspace for installing photovoltaic panels.

It provides a way of certifying to lenders that the providers meet certain minimum requirements. Individual members may wish to impose additional requirements above the standards set out in the template letter.
