Payment Services Directive Seminar - 21 July 2009

The Payment Services Directive, as implemented by the Payment Services Regulations (PSR), will come into effect on 1 November 2009. Building societies must ensure that they are ready for implementation by identifying which of their financial products fall within the scope of the PSR and change systems and terms and conditions accordingly. This half-day event will provide guidance to societies from both legal and FSA experts.
The seminar is likely to be of interest to societies’ legal and compliance staff involved in the preparation for the implementation of the PSR.
