Join us in Harrogate for two days of dialogue, debate and delightful company
This year’s BSA Annual Conference, 20-21 May, features its usual combination of thought-provoking and insightful presentations, advice-packed seminars and a wealth of networking and social events to catch up with your industry colleagues.
Registration and full details of the conference agenda and social events are now available from www.bsaconference.org
Managing through the recession and beyond
Not surprisingly, this year’s overall theme focuses on how societies can manage their way through the recession. Our impressive speakers’ line up of politicians, regulators and financial industry leaders will not be pulling any punches about the realities of the current political, economic and social environment but they will be sharing their insight, experience and advice on how to move forward.
Confirmed speakers include David Smith, Economics Editor of The Sunday Times; David Aaronovitch, The Times; Simon Rubinsohn, Chief Economist, RICS; Professor Richard Scase, Futurologist, University of Kent; David Orr, Chief Executive, National Housing Federation and senior figures from the FSA, HM Treasury and BSA members.
Two new initiatives to add to the conference buzz this year are BSA TV News and Lending Strategy’s early morning chat show. BSA TV News will be broadcast around the exhibition area and on the main speaker podium between breaks and will feature daily news and interviews with leading industry figures.
John Murray, editor of Lending Strategy, will be hosting an early morning chat show to entertain and inform delegates of what’s going on.
With a separate Business Exhibition in Hall M this year, space is selling fast and all potential exhibitors should contact the conference organisers as soon as possible.
We look forward to seeing you in Harrogate and you can now register by visiting www.bsaconference.org or emailing conferenceoffice@bsa.org.uk
