The Building Societies Association is the voice of the UK's building societies.

Draft regulations and near final guidance to implement the UK-US intergovernmental agreement were issued on 31 May 2013. Click below to read our response. A new section on trusts has been added to the guidance. Some parts on reporting are still missing, however. Our comments are otherwise of a mainly minor nature.
