Many BSA members play a significant role in the shared ownership market and are
committed to supporting and improving the scheme to best serve their members, particularly
first-time buyers struggling to access the property ladder. Accordingly, the BSA welcomes the Levelling Up, Housing and Communities Committee's inquiry and focus on improving the market for consumers.
