BSA Property Tracker

The BSA Property Tracker is a survey run by YouGov for the BSA to try to explore consumer sentiment regarding the UK property market.

The Property Tracker asks a number of questions to approximately 2,000 adults every quarter. The questions cover:

- Whether it is a good time to buy property in the UK at the moment
- What are considered to be the greatest barriers to buying property
- Expectations for price changes.

The BSA Property Tracker has been running since summer 2008, and previous releases can be downloaded below.
