Date: 27 Apr 2009

Print page  |   Email

The BSA has published research looking at what the mortgage market will look like in 2020.

The research looks at a wide range of factors that may influence the types of mortgage that are being sold in 2020. It looks at how the demand for mortgages will change by 2020, the housing market then, how mortgage distribution will change and the future impact of regulators on lenders. It makes wide ranging recommendations on what mortgage products will need to be offered by 2020 and how they will be distributed.
