BSA Chief Executive Opinion Survey

This document is based on a survey of Chief Executives of BSA members conducted in mid-March 2010. 33 out of 53 institutions responded, representing almost three quarters of the sector’s assets.

Topics covered in the report include Chief Executives’ opinions on:

• the outlook for mutuals, and challenges in the year ahead
• conditions in the mortgage and savings markets
• new regulations and Government policies
• the future for the mutual sector.
