Lending Policy and the New Housing Landscape
This free-to-attend conference, run by BuildStore Financial Services, and supported by the BSA, will help lenders understand the reality of mortgage lending in the new housebuilding landscape, where a lack of tradesmen, rising costs of traditional methods of construction, and increased sustainability standards required though the new Building Regulations have seen new and innovative construction methods coming to the fore.
It provides a unique opportunity for lenders to learn about modern methods of construction (MMC) and eco building techniques, why they are used, and the current mortgage lending policies on these new methods of house building.
