BSA Buy-to-Let Seminar
29 March 2012, London

Following significant growth in the private rented sector over recent years, the proportion of households renting privately now stands at 16.5%.  With the difference between the number of social renters and private renters narrowing, this seminar looks at the vital role that private investment plays through the provision of buy-to-let mortgages.  It will also examine how lenders use varying techniques for managing and assessing risk.  Plus we ask what impact regulation might have if the EU Mortgage Directive captures buy-to-let mortgages within its scope.

Content:

  • What is the future for the funding of the private rented sector?
  • Potential buy-to-let regulation, what does this mean for growth and future lending?
  • What opportunities for mutual lenders does the buy to let market offer?

The event will be important for lenders already offering buy to let mortgages as well as those considering entering the market in the future.

Note: Spaces are limited, please book early to avoid disappointment.
