FSA Competence and Ethics Consultation

In a response to a FSA consultation paper on Competence and Ethics, the BSA has highlighted the high standards of service that societies provide to customers as a result of initiatives that they already have to ensure that staff are competent and behave in an ethical manner.

Comprehensive Spending Review

Perhaps the most important event since the election, the comprehensive spending review (CSR) is less than a month away. On 20 October the coalition Government will finally announce exactly how it will reduce public sector spending and the national deficit.
