Most young people aspire to buy their own home by age 30

More than eight out of ten young people (18-24) still aspire to own their own home by the time they are 30, reports the BSA’s September Property Tracker survey.  The survey reports the views of over 2,000 UK adults on perceived barriers to home ownership, confidence in property purchase and house prices.

'Can't pay your mortgage?' – BSA consumer leaflet updated and re-launched

In conjunction with the Money Advice Trust, the BSA has updated and re-launched its consumer leaflet 'Can't pay your mortgage?' which provides helpful advice to consumers who are experiencing difficulties paying their mortgage.
