Higher Lending Charge Applicable to New Applications and Homeowner Loans

% Loan to value of the mortgage loanFee per 100 of the loan over the 75% level
From 85 up to 89.99£7.00
From 90 up to 95£8.75

Homeowner Loans pay a higher lending charge when total borrowing is taken to 85% or more of property's value.

e.g. Valuation: £40,000. Mortgage advance: £35,000 = 87.5%, 75% level = £30,000. The loan fee would be 7% of £5,000 (£35,000-£30,000) = £350.
