Merger with Yorkshire Building Society
Members of Barnsley Building Society are now part of Yorkshire Building Society. The merger with Yorkshire Building Society has enabled the Barnsley to increase the financial security of our customers and their savings and mortgages.
Barnsley Building Society, as a trading name of Yorkshire Building Society, is operating from the same branches as before.
We are making changes to this web site to reflect the new arrangements but until this is complete please remember that every reference to Barnsley Building Society and the Barnsley is to the trading name of the business which is now part of the Yorkshire Building Society.
