One Year Fixed Rate Bond

We currently offer one limited issue fixed rate bond:

 A One Year Fixed Rate Bond of 3.75% AER

 Facts about our Bonds.

The minimum investment is £500

The maximum investment is £100,000 in sole name or £200,000 in joint names

Interest is paid net unless a gross registration form has been registered

The interest rate is calculated daily and capitalised on the anniversary of the account opening,
or monthly if required. Monthly interest can also be transferred to either an existing Bath
Building Society account or nominated bank account via BACS.

A charge equivalent to 180 days loss of interest will be made on all withdrawals until maturity date

Upon maturity the funds will be transferred into a Lifestyle Instant account unless instructed
otherwise. Notice of maturity will be sent out 28 days before.
