Meeting rooms

Our contemporary meeting rooms are suitable for business gatherings of up to 30 people.

Our meeting space can host gatherings of up to 30 people, or smaller groups when divided into two meeting rooms.  Rooms have natural daylight (with blackout), built-in screens and data projectors, adjustable lighting, coat/bag stores, air-conditioning and wifi internet access.  The space can also be semi-partitioned for meetings of up to 20 people that require an adjoining area for catering.

Our library can be used for small meetings or as a break-out room in conjunction with the main meeting space.

  • Tea, coffee and juice, replenished as required
  • Filtered water and sweets on the tables
  • Paper and pencils
  • Wireless internet access

Subject to availability, we can also provide a lectern, laptop computer, flip chart(s) and a speaker telephone for UK calls.

If you require food for your meeting, this can be provided by one of our recommended suppliers from as little as £7 per head for a sandwich lunch (although please note that minimum order quantities may apply).
