An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage and Savings Sales Manager to join our values driven Society.
The successful applicant will be responsible for attracting and retaining Direct and Intermediary New Mortgages and Retail Deposits.
The role will be suitable for an aspirational individual who is already a successful Mortgage Sales Manager and who is now looking to develop their skills and experience and progress towards a Senior Leadership/Director position.

The role holder will help define and deliver the Society’s future distribution strategy to grow the mortgage and savings balances.
They will lead and grow an existing Intermediary Sales Team and lead and support the in-situ Area Manager in delivering all branch network objectives including mortgage and savings growth. In doing so, they will have indirect responsibility for c. 30 employees.
They will have close and frequent engagement with the Society’s Leadership Team and will have many opportunities to present to Board and Risk Committees.
They will also be responsible for risk management within their area, including specific responsibility for the Society’s Sales T&C Scheme.

- Have a proven track record in mortgage sales management
- Possess a deep knowledge of the mortgage market
- Have a sound appreciation of mortgage underwriting fundamentals

£50,000 per annum (mid-market)
Pension scheme (7.5% employer contributions rising to 10% after 2 years)
