Digital Mutual – Implementing innovations in savings

Join us for the BSA's latest Digital Mutual event, which will focus solely on the changing face of savings and deposits. 

Technology is rapidly changing how building societies and credit unions engage with savers, be that redefining front-end digital systems, launching apps and providing a streamlined service for new members. 

Drawing upon recent feedback and research from the BSA’s savings policy panel, members and fintech will share their experiences about launching new technology and how this is redefining their engagement with members. 

In particular, it will look at how members are using technology to better onboard and engage with younger customers and the new opportunities opening up for members to attract savers via digital channels in the future. 

The afternoon event will be virtual and bring together mutual members and external experts to discuss the changing face of savings.

The event will be of interest to savings professionals, c-suite, non-executive directors and anyone interested in the digitalisation of savings.
