Competition law breach

14 February 2019, London

The FCA, CMA and the PRA are all pursuing active investigations into suspicions of competition law breach by financial services firms.  Some of the recent enforcement action has focused on smaller firms.  No business is immune from regulatory intervention if it breaches competition law and the risk of enforcement is greater than ever before.

The BSA has partnered with competition law specialists from our Associates, Eversheds Sutherland LLP, to bring you a practical event focusing on competition law breach and how to mitigate the risk.  It will be an important event for risk, legal, compliance, product and marketing practitioners.  In view of the risk of sanction against senior managers, it is likely to be of significant interest to senior management as well.
