Our Conduct 2018 programme continues with three events in September and November examining conduct from all practical aspects – your customers, your regulators, and your people.
The next in the series - Your Customers and Members, in conjunction with Allen & Overy LLP, examines conduct from the consumer’s point of view, answering key questions including:
- What are key risks to your customers?
- What are the most effective ways to communicate with your customers?
- How can you achieve fair customer contract terms?
- What are the rights and needs of vulnerable customers?
- How can you avert complaints and, if they do happen, deal with them fairly and efficiently?
BSA guide: TCF... Now
At a time when nearly all BSA members are flexible portfolio with the FCA but there is great focus on culture and customers, the BSA is preparing a practical guide to help BSA members conduct TCF reviews.
TCF... Now will be published on 18 September and a copy will be included in the event pack.
Very informative, useful and practical event. Content and structure was excellent. So glad I attended.
One of the best seminars on conduct risk I have attended. All presentations were excellent, well presented and relevant.
