Conduct 2018 - Your regulators

19 September 2018, London

Our Conduct 2018 programme of events examines conduct from all practical aspects – your customers, your regulators, and your people. This seminar identifies the conduct regulators’ key priorities.

Most BSA members are ‘flexible’ portfolio with the FCA and will not, typically, have much interaction with the FCA and the other conduct regulators (PSR, CMA, and ICO).

This seminar identifies the regulators’ key priorities. It also provides insight on navigating the FCA’s flexible portfolio, and takes a very practical look at FCA enforcement.  In the afternoon, we have a practical workshop on ‘dawn raids’, perhaps an unlikely eventuality but one that firms ignore at their peril!
