IR35 webinar

10 November at 1.00pm

This is the latest instalment in a series of webinars produced by PwC to discuss various issues facing the building society sector

As a result of the COVID-19 crisis, the off payroll working in the private sector regime ("IR35") was deferred a year to April 2021.  There is now less than six months to go until the new rules take effect.  In this session, BSA associate PwC will talk through the changes to the IR35 legislation included in Finance Act 2020, changes to guidance and how COVID-19 may impact the market.  They will also explore some of the legal and contractual issues connected with IR35. The new government job support scheme will also be discussed.
