Recovery planning workshop

This course provides participants with industry and subject matter expert perspectives and insights on Recovery Planning.

The workshop, which is run by Deloitte, includes a summary overview; explanation of key technical content; identification of key risk framework linkages; identification of key risks/examples of failure; list of key applicable regulations; approach to implementation and review / oversight; and peer insight and industry best practice.

The workshop will focus on key requirements and changes in the new regulatory requirements, including the approach to governance, invocation of the Recovery Plan, communication plans, playbooks/user guides, fire drills, indicators, scenarios testing and capacity results, recovery options and modelling/data needs.

The event is aimed at those involved in the preparation or review of the Recovery Plan, including overall RP 'owners', non-executive directors, senior management and treasury/risk managers. It is based on an earlier successful workshop, will be highly participative and interactive and can help societies benchmark their work to date.
