Risk across the board

5 December 2018, London

Risk management is a fundamental responsibility for regulated firms and their senior management. This interactive programme for NEDs concentrates on key risk areas - prudential, conduct, PR/reputation and operational resilience risk, with an emphasis on prevention rather than cure.

Content:

  • Operational resilience - key considerations for NEDs
  • TCF and conduct - 5 fundamental risks and 16 key oversight questions for NEDs
  • Prudential risk - an iconoclastic view on the dangers of the risk industry and the "riskification" of everything
  • PR/reputation risk
  • "Game of Threats" - a head-to-head digital game that simulates the experience of executives when their company is targeted by a cyber-attack

This event is part of our NEDs’ week. A programme of three days of bespoke NED content.

Excellent day, very useful.  Great opportunity to network.

This went beyond my expectations for the day.

Really enjoyable day pitched at the right level.
