Strengthening accountability in banking: work to date and the 'final phase': practicalities

17 October 2017, London

We near the end of this long-running exercise, but the work still isn’t finished.

As well as taking a practical look at how our members are implementing the current requirements, this event also examines the more recent developments, including –

-  The regulatory guidance on the new duty of responsibility
-  The extension of some of the conduct rules to notified NEDs, and
-  The other SMR ‘adjustments and optimisations’.

This seminar is the latest in a long-line of BSA events on the subject and, like the others, will be important to senior managers (both executive and non-executive) and to those supporting and assisting them, including HR, company secretarial, legal, compliance, regulatory, and risk.
