Supervising building societies' treasury and lending activities

21 February 2017, London

In early December the PRA published its revised Supervisory Statement SS 20/15 (previously known as the Specialist Sourcebook for Building Societies), and this half-day seminar for BSA members provides the perfect opportunity to understand how this affects your society by hearing from the real experts.

PRA speakers from the building societies team will help you understand the key changes in the supervisory statement and what you have to do as regards implementation. The seminar will include a presentation on the topic of product pricing, which has been given much greater prominence in the revised SS. To finish off there will be an open session for questions to the speakers and discussion from the floor.

This seminar is designed for any building society executive who needs to understand the impact of the updated SS, whether in the front-line of business, in risk or compliance functions, or in senior management, and any non-executives with an interest in the subject are also most welcome. Pre-registration for this seminar demand has been substantial, so early booking is recommended.

The event will start at 10am and finish at approx. 1.30pm.
