Hosted at Leeds Building Society's head office in Leeds city centre, the event is aimed at members working in operations, digital transformation, technology, AI, data, risk, customer experience and strategy.

It will provide a practical forum to discuss the opportunities and threats facing the sector, share lessons from members already going through digital transformation, and consider where collective action may be needed.

Detailed programme content and speakers will be updated here as and when confirmed.
