This 3-day course is a comprehensive, interactive, and accredited set of modules covering all aspects of dealing with customers within the regulated arena of mortgage products and services. Each day ends with a knowledge test which attendees must pass to receive Arum Certified Status. The BSA has reviewed and approved the course content and learning structure with Arum practitioners.

The BSA have partnered with Arum to provide this bespoke course to ensure customer agents are equipped with the care and regulatory skills necessary to deliver fair customer treatment and good customer outcomes.
