The joint ICO/FCA letter has helped to clarify that savings providers can inform their customers of the best rates available to them, even where the customer has objected to direct marketing.

BSA Associates, TLT LLP, will be hosting a webinar to walk through where we stand following the FCA/ICO letter, a refresher of our obligations, and any outstanding PECR and GDPR considerations, and what this means as providers look to communicate proactively with their savings customers. The webinar will also look at relevant case studies.

There will be time for a Q&A at the end of the presentation. This event is open to all BSA members
