A free webinar hosted by BSA Associate, MHA

A significant number of BSA members will soon be finalising their statutory accounts and shifting their focus to their tax agenda for the upcoming year, including consideration of business changes, tax planning, the compliance cycle and collaboration with advisers. To assist in establishing this agenda, we invite you to participate in an upcoming webinar.

Several announcements from the Autumn 2024 Budget will take effect in April 2025, including the increase in the rate of Employer National Insurance. As businesses begin to focus on the upcoming year, we will engage in discussion on key tax topics helping you set your tax agenda for the year. The topics will encompass the VAT treatment for outsourced services, the fall-out from the “Target” case, the latest developments regarding R&D tax credits, and changes to benefits in kind reporting. To facilitate your preparation and implementation, mindful of potential challenges, we will highlight new compliance obligations and the HMRC strategies we are observing.

The MHA tax specialists presenting include Peter CarvilleKanika Mishra PathakRobin Prince, and Richard Maitland
The session is specifically designed for BSA members. There will also be a Q&A session where you will have an opportunity to direct your questions to our presenters.
