Reforming competition and consumer policy

Our response

The BEIS consultation on Reforming competition and consumer policy contains a wide range of proposals which aim to implement the Government's "Build it back better" strategy. Our short response to the consultation focuses on only one of the proposals, namely the proposal to reduce the time limit consumers have before referring a complaint to an Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme (such as the Financial Ombudsman Service).
