Cyber simulation exercise

29 October 2019, London

Cyber-simulation exercises are recommended as a means of testing your plans to manage the aftermath of a successful cyber-attack. This simulation, organised in conjunction with EY, provides an opportunity for members to take part in a building society-specific exercise which will test your incident management capability.

The package includes:

  • A half-day simulation exercise based on a realistic cyber-crisis scenario developed by EY and the BSA which will include technical, operational and reputational challenges.
  • Each participating organisation will be able to bring a team of 4 or 5 appropriate individuals from their crisis management team.
  • Feedback for each participating team from EY consultants observing the exercise.
  • A follow up report by EY on the exercise focusing on the key learning points for participants to take away.
