Hear findings from consumer research into awareness of building societies and credit unions, responses to different language and terms used to describe the sector, the relationship between attitudes to mutuality and community engagement, and where trust and ethics rank versus rate and access.

Partly to inform the BSA’s thinking around the Government’s commitment to double the size of the sector, and also as part of the 250th anniversary of building societies, the BSA has conducted a range of research on the sector. This is the first in a series of webinars sharing the findings.
