- An overview of the modernised lasting power of attorney service.
- How customers who make a modernised LPA will share this with your organisation.
- The differences in how customers who make a modernised LPA via the digital or paper channel share it with you. Including a walkthrough of the process on View a LPA.
- What does this mean for pre-modernised Lasting Powers of Attorneys.
