BDO’s Financial Services’ team is delighted to invite you to our first FS NED event for 2024, to discuss the Consumer Duty’s ("the CD") next phase of evolution.

As Board Champions grow into their new roles and focus on embedding the CD into their organisations, this event will focus on:

  • Preparation for the Board annual review
  • Treatment of vulnerable customers
  • Other hot topics.

We look forward to welcoming Nisha Arora, Director from the FCA, Board Champions from our NED community and BDO speakers to the panel.

The FCA has welcomed questions in advance. Please send questions through to adam.watson@bdo.co.uk
